Porsche PCM2 BOSE Fibre Optic Amplifier Bypass Cable and Subwoofer Retention

InCarTecSKU: 20-321

Sale price£104.99

Amplifier bypass cable for Porsche cars built between 2004 and 2013 with PCM 2.0 and BOSE.
Allows you to connect a new aftermarket radio directly to the cars speakers after bypassing the original amplifier which is under the front seat while retaining the original subwoofer and its dedicated amplifier.

This is a good option for cars where the original Amplifier has failed. If the original amplifier is still functioning then 23-240 fibre optic interface is a better option to retain all speakers.

After bypassing the amplifier the centre speaker will no longer function.

This bypass cable is 2.5m long which will reach the amplifier under the front seat of the 911 (997), Boxster and Cayman (987). For fitting to the Cayenne a 2.5m extension cable 10-149/2.5 will be required.

The subwoofer retention will need an RCA connection to the back of the new head unit. On the 911 (997), Boxster and Cayman (987) a 3 meter extension can be used 32-108. On the Cayenne a longer 5 meter extension will be required - 32-109.

Please note that the RCA cables come as pairs, only one side will need to be use for the subwoofer.
