Amplifier bypass cable for 2000 - 2005 Jaguar XK8 cars with premium sound systems.
Also fits 2000 - 2004 model Jaguar XJ cars with premium amplified audio systems.
This cable allows you to install a new radio by bypassing the cars original amplifier.
For cars with a 12 pin white connector and Alpine AI net connector at the back of the radio.This is for coupe cars only. A different bypass cable is available for convertible cars.
This cable will bypass the original amplifier and allow the new head unit to supply audio directly to the car's speakers.
Please note, although this lead does have wires to connect to the sub woofers in the rear, it does not provide an audio signal to them. An additional amplifier will be needed to drive the woofers.
