The Maximo Ultra MKII components are designed for easy installation in the factory locations of most vehicles with excellent off-axis dispersion, high resolution, and crisp detail to overcome some of the acoustic limitations of original speaker placement.
The 1-inch (25mm) soft dome tweeter and a 2.5-inch (51mm) midrange are both developed using Morel’s EVC technology for high-power handling, and naturally sounding response, and the 5.25″ or 6.5″ woofers utilize large 1-inch diameter voice coils and high-grade ferrite magnet motors capable of excellent bass performance for that instantly recognizable warm Morel sound.
Available in 2-way and 3-way systems, each model uses its own specific passive crossover networks to bring the highs, mids and lows together in perfect harmony. Using exceptional components, the passive networks provide each Maximo Ultra MKII system with up to 100 watts of power handling capability.
