Complete stereo upgrade fitting kit to install a double DIN aftermarket radio in various Volkswagen cars with hardwire ignition

This head unit fitting kit includes:

Fascia adapter panel (50-714)

VW group quadlock to ISO radio adapter harness, with antenna adapter, hardwire ignition (20-156A)

Car radio fascia adaptor panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket single or double DIN car radio upgrade.

The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.

This complete fitting kit includes the following:

ISO adapter harness for Volkswagen group vehicles with quadlock connectors at the back of the radio.

The harness has a built in phantom powered Fakra to DIN antenna adapter.

This lead has a loose fly wire, this needs to be connected to an ignition power supply.

The original radio in the car is turned on via a CANbus data signal so there is no ignition power supply in the vehicle's original connector.

This adapter harness is designed to adapt from the original quadlock style connector in the dashboard to a standard aftermarket ISO connector to allow the fitting of a new radio.

Car radio fascia adaptor panel to allow the fitting of an aftermarket Double Din car radio upgrade.

The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio.

The fascia adapter panel takes a 113mm high cage, this is the size of cages supplied with all the major brand head unit manufactures.
