Vauxhall Bluetooth kit This really is a superb piece of kit, and the videos make installation painless even if you're a little apprehensive. I highly recommend installing the mic in the overhead console as it's the perfect location and hides everything away. Above all that is the amazing service I've received from Ray Smith and I never even bought the unit directly from them. The unit was bought for me by a dealership as recompense for some missing advertised equipment in my Astra GTC. I fitted everything at the weekend in a little over two hours. However, nothing was displaying on the media console, so in desperation I raised a support ticket in the desperate hope that I could get some help. Within minutes I had a reply back from Ray himself and an hour later after a short exchange of emails I had everything working. I can't praise Ray Smith enough for this sort of customer service. Such things are rare these days and it's truly refreshing to find people who care this much. Truly outstanding service.

Fantastic purchase. Got 10% discount using RAY10 and got the trim removal tool Came via Royalmail special delivery and was quick to get to me. It took me approximately 90 minutes to get this installed and the installation video were very handy. Really pleased with this purchase. The only small glitch was that I needed a 7mm socket to remove the bolts as against 8mm mentioned in the product description. Pleased with the purchase.

Bough this kit for an SE spec Zafira Tourer, intended to DIY fit but found that the Zafira Tourer dash is slightly different from the Astra J and Insignia and I couldn't remove the side of the dash or the A pillar trim to run the microphone cable. I felt that something was going to break so I had to admit defeat. I called up and the guys arranged to slot me in for a fitting, on Easter Monday no less. The kit is fab, and much better than the standard one fitted to my Audi. It supports A2DP with my Android phone which means I can now get turn by turn instructions from Google Maps. Took me a while to figure out that you need to adjust the volume for A2DP from the phone, not the stereo. One wee thing was that when the fitter removed the centre light console to locate the mic, he found that the holes were really small in the OEM position and it meant that the sound quality was reduced, so he located the mid discreetly adjacent to the rear view mirror. No biggie.
