In-car entertainment has come a long way from the days when your options were AM/FM radio and/or cassette tape player. Now, improved audio-visual technologies and increasingly sophisticated entertainment tastes mean that cars can become mobile concert halls, or even mobile video arcades / theatres for the kids in the rear seats.

Screens, Screens, Screens: Headrest screens, Drop Down screens, In-Dash screens, Sun-visor screens we have them all. Screens come in varying quality; price is a good guide to build quality. If it looks cheap it probably will be made of inferior components. The screen might not be viewable from acute angles and thus only good if you are positioned right in front of it, so the passengers either side of you see nothing. Screens made by our suppliers like Sony, Alpine, Clarion, JVC etc will always produce superior images so sharp that you will guaranteed to be delighted with the result.
DVD players: In-Dash DVD players, Under-Dash DVD players, Boot mounted DVD players, even portable DVD players with or without integrated screens.For instance the Sony MV-700HR does not only read regular DVDs but is also compatible with DivX so that you can enjoy compressed video. It also reads traditional CD-R and MP3 files, meaning you can also listen to music, making this a truly compatible Sony MV-700RS product that won’t let you down.
In addition to the CD/DVD drive, the Memory Stick slot enables you to listen to MP3 files or to display the jpeg pictures you have just shot with your Sony Cyber-shot digital camera or Sony Handycam while on the go.
Games consoles and PS2 installations. Traditionally RF Modulators have needed to be connected to the vehicles wiring, usually by a qualified person such as a Ray Smith fitter. Now there is the complete DIY way of connecting your iPod or other MP3 player using the MP3FM Modulator. This simply plugs into your cigar lighter socket and away you go.
