There are a number of "Dos" and "Don'ts" when considering a purchase in one of our showroom, please read on:
Do - feel free to browse our extensive product range in showroom demonstration units. Our fully trained and expert staff members are on hand to help you make the right choices based on your particular requirements, your vehicle specification and your budget. We listen to you and pride ourselves on your complete satisfaction.
Don't - After using our facilities and staff expertise, please don't expect us to price match internet prices, or on product advertised elsewhere. We find this practice offensive and you may be shown the door.
Do - allow us to "Quote you happy" (as the advert says) on specific or bespoke installations of Audio, Video, Navigation or other products. We have the specialist knowledge to supply and install the correct adapters and installation parts to exactly match aftermarket products to the very complex modern vehicle wiring. The dangers of upsetting the complex CaN-Bus or multiplex wiring systems on today's cars can not be understated.
Don't - Ask us for free advice on the rectification of products badly installed or incorrectly sold to by the likes of Halfords or internet bucket shops. The investment in training staff to expert level is not cheap and our hourly labour charge is only £50.00 which compared to say your local Jag, BMW or even Honda dealership labour rates compares favourably considering that we need to know how to work on all of these models and more, in fact most of these dealerships use our specialist knowledge and it would not be unusual for us to have installed the parking sensors, alarm/immobiliser, tracking device or AV installation in your new car before you purchased it from the franchised dealer.

The time delay in replying is dependant on the showroom workload and may take several days. (Or, may even be almost instant).

You might make a small saving by researching your purchase on the net however if you make a mistake or order the wrong thing, you will have the inconvenience of rectifying this at your own cost and many times your purchase will work out dearer that allowing us to guide you in store.
We want your business, however we can not compromise our excellent service in store by wasting time trying to compete with incompetent sales people who give bad advice in other stores then refer you to us for free rectification. Neither do we wish to offend you by being blunt when you understandably fail to comprehend that not all internet sites are equal.
